On February 21st, the provincial joint research symposium on production and reform was held in Shengyang. The research team first watched the "Five Small" Leading All Staff Innovation Special Film, and through on-site explanation and observation, they gained a detailed understanding of the technological innovation achievements and skill competitions of Shengyang model workers and craftsmen; And exhibitions such as Employee Home, Employee Bookstore, Employee Culture Construction, and Promotion of Industrial Worker Team Construction and Reform Achievements Exhibition Board. We listened to reports from relevant member units such as the District Federation of Trade Unions and Shengyang on promoting the construction of industrial worker teams.

Subsequently, the experts of the research group had an in-depth discussion with the representatives of the group's model workers, craftsmen and technicians, the head of the innovation studio, and the representatives of front-line workers, listened to the opinions and suggestions, and understood in detail the distinctive highlights and main measures of Shengyang in the construction and reform of the industrial workforce.

The research team and the leaders of the district federation of trade unions fully affirmed Shengyang's continuous innovation and promotion of the construction and reform of the industrial worker team. Shengyang Group is required to further highlight ideological guidance, quality improvement, innovation and efficiency creation, continuously increase work efforts, actively introduce more successful experiences and higher-level advanced models, and explore a "new model" for improving the innovation ability of the industrial worker team in Linyi City and even Shandong Province, exploring a "new path" and opening up a "new situation".
